Dr. Josip Kuvač is an attorney and specialized in German American Law.
Prior to founding Amtrl Legal Group, Mr. Kuvač worked for several years with well-known international (including Weil, Gotshal & Manges LLP) and national law firms in Frankfurt and Los Angeles. During this time, Mr. Kuvač has handled numerous complex international business law cases.
Mr. Kuvač is admitted to practice law in Germany (“Rechtsanwalt”) and in the U.S. State of Colorado (“attorney-at-law”). He is at home in both jurisdictions and therefore able to provide legal advice to US clients with respect to German law and as well German clients re US law matters. German American Law is his key focus.
Mr. Kuvač represents clients in international business and commercial law cases. He is married and has three children.
Mr. Kuvač is a member of the German-Croatian Chamber of Industry and Commerce.
Mrs. Atineh Kuvač joined Amtrl Legal Group as an attorney in October 2021.
Prior joining Amtrl Legal Group, Mrs. Kuvač worked for nine years as an attorney with one of the leading international law firms (White & Case LLP).
During this time, Mrs. Kuvač represented international and national clients in various real estate law cases.
She has provided ongoing legal advice to a listed German real estate company with regard to its real estate portfolio in Germany. Furthermore, ongoing legal advice to a pan-European family office regarding its real estate portfolio in Germany. In addition, she has also advised various real estate companies with regard to commercial lease agreements.
Mrs. Kuvač advises her clients in English, German and Armenian.
She is married and has three children.
